SANDRA S. WALKER BENNETT, 71, died on Saturday, June 1, 2013. Born in Fort Wayne, she was raised in Coeese, Ind. and lived in Fort Wayne for over 40 years. She worked at the Coca-Cola plant, and was supervisior of maintenance and cleaning for Sears Telecatalog. She became disabled in 1991. She walked allies to find usable items. She is survived by her daughters, Carol (Karin) Gaines and Cathy Beasley, both of Fort Wayne; and sister, Nancy Beasley of Columbia City. She was preceded in death by parents, Ted Walker and Jane Anderson; husband, Curtis P. Bennett; daughter, Celina Bennett; and great-grandson, Kamre. Service is 1 p.m. Wednesday at C.M.
