N. Keith Parrot

N. Keith Parrot, 73, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. He was born December 15, 1947 in Fort Wayne, son of the late Norbert and Carolyn (Harris) Parrot. Keith was a 1965 graduate of South Side High School and a U. S. Army Veteran and a dedicated member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. He had worked at General Electric for over 20 years and then retired in 2009 as the Resource Center Manager for the Indiana District LCMS after 25 years. Keith is survived by his wife of 51 years, Judi Parrot of Fort Wayne; son, Scott (Kelly) Parrot of Fort Wayne; siblings, Kathy (Bob) Doell of Prescott Valley, AZ, Karen (Paul) Andrews of Palm Harbor, FL, Kevin Parrot of Cincinnati Area, OH, and Becky Seward of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Aiden and Jillian Parrot; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday, December 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1126 South Barr Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46802 with visitation one hour prior. Visitation for Keith will also be held Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM concluding with military honors. The family has requested that all attending services wear masks. Memorial contributions in Keith's name may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
