Loren R. Lengacher

Loren R Lengacher, 66, of New Haven, passed away on June 4, 2020. Born on October 23, 1953, in Fort Wayne, he was a son of the late Jacob and Margaret (Miller) Lengacher. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, who was a huge supporter of his children, and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family and the numerous friends he made in his life He is survived by his wife of over 47 years, Penny (Messmann) Lengacher; children, Cory (Beth) Lengacher, and Jacy (Nick) Perry; grandchildren, Merik Lengacher, Coral Picillo, and Kadyn Picillo; step-grandchildren, Christian Nash, and Caroline Hambrick; sisters, Joyce (Larry) Delagrange, and Jeanette Anderson; brothers, Vernon (Jeanine) Lengacher, and Lester (Beth) Lengacher; and six step- brothers and sisters. He was also preceded in death by his step-mother, Marie Lengacher; sister, Louetta Yoder-Martin; brother, Larry J Lengacher; and a step-brother and step- sister. A private family funeral service will be held. Calling will be held from 3 to 7 pm, Wednesday, June 10, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St Joe Road, Fort Wayne. Memorial donations may be given to the donor's choice.
