Lisa A Shuler

Lisa A. Shuler, 52 passed away Friday November 5, 2021 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. She was a native and lifetime resident of Fort Wayne, IN. Lisa graduated from South Side High School. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 241. Lisa was a devoted and loving wife, mother, Mimi, caregiver and homemaker. She was an avid candle collector. Lisa’s true passion was spending time with her family, especially spoiling her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Michael Shuler of Fort Wayne, IN; children, Brandon (Morgan Wise) Shuler of Fort Wayne, IN; Brent (Kortni ) Shuler of Marysville, OH; Brad Shuler of Ossian, IN; Bryan (Madi) Shuler of New Haven, IN; father Gary Henkle of Fremont, IN; mother Diane Erler of Fort Wayne, IN; siblings, Jon Erler, Scott Erler both of Fort Wayne, IN; April (Jim) Erler-Brown of Grabill, IN; Tony (Kim) Henkle of Ashley, IN; Chris Henkle of Fremont, IN; and 11 grandchildren. Lisa was preceded in death by her stepfather Elson “Buzz” Erler and stepmother Gay-Lynn Henkle.

Funeral service will be 1:30 November 15, 2021 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home 1140 Lake Ave. Fort Wayne, IN with visitation one hour prior.
