Linda Marie Genitempo, age 70 passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022. Linda was born September 21, 1951 in Yonkers, NY to the late Robert and Blanche Braccini. She graduated from Gorton High School in 1969. Linda proudly served our nation in the United States Army. She was known as the neighborhood mama and nanny . . . loved cooking, baking, crafting, volunteering for Toys for Tots as well as Ladies Fire Auxiliary, and spending time on the Boardwalk along the Jersey Shore. Linda was a strong woman of conviction, devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and nanny and loved her pets. Linda is survived by her husband, Basilio Estrella, Jr.; brothers, Robert (Eileen) Braccini, Paul (Lynda) Braccini; sister, RuthAnn DiBattista. Funeral Service is 1:30 p.m., Friday, February 18, 2022 at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Highland Park, 2403 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, IN with calling two hours prior.
