LEXIE J. EUBANK, 95, of Fort Wayne, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at her residence. She was born September 29, 1917 in Menifee County, Ky. the daughter of the late Curtis and Lizzie (Brown) Hughes. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 31 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Eubank.
