Kenneth Alan Lucido, of Garrett, Indiana and formerly of Contra Costa, California, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on November 19, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was a dedicated firefighter, chief and inspector for 30 years. Ken loved all of his blended family equally and his family was his world. He loved dancing with his beloved wife, Lori, loved outdoor excursions, arts and crafts, telling corny jokes and making people laugh . . . he will be greatly missed. Ken is survived by his loving wife, Lori (Longardner) Lucido; children, Reneè (William) Graves, Stacy (Jose) Quesada, Tobbie Lucido, Laura (David) Lantz, Jennifer (Donnie) Mullis, Joshua (Sheila) Price, and Lindsay (Justin) VanDyke; grandchildren, Dustin (Sandra) Graves, Desiree (Terry) Bostard, Dee'ja (Marcus) Williams, Justin Galloway, Ryan (Amanda) Galloway, Jose (Gina) Quesada, Lynsey Quesada, Kenneth Lucido, Amber Sobota, Hailey Sobota, Robyn Harrison, Bella Lantz, Chase Lantz, Schuyler Lantz, Ashley Cauble, Julie Cauble, Alexander Price, Jeremiah Price, Serena Price, Raziel VanDyke, and Tobyn VanDyke; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; father-in-law, Ned Longardner; brother, Dennis (Lawanda) Lucido; sisters-in-law, Carolyn McCrory, Sandy Lucido, and Susan (Richard) Holien. The 3 brothers were known as Huey, Dewey and Louie. Ken was predeceased by his parents, Salvatore and Helen (Johnson) Lucido; wife, Patricia (McCrory) Lucido; brother, Leonard Lucido; Brother-in-Law, Randy Longardner; grandson, Peyton Lucido; and great-grandson, Matthew VanDyke.
