Jose Guadalupe Neri

Jose Guadalupe Neri, age 49, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Friday, June 9, 2023 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born December 12, 1973 in Santo Tomas de las Flores, Mexico to Miguel Neri and Elvira Carbajal. Jose had a gentle, compassionate spirit; his passion for cooking was shown through Cebolla's Mexican Grill where he worked alongside his daughter, Valentina. Family was everything to Jose, residing with his daughter and her family. Jose is survived by his daughter, Valentina (Julio Morales) Neri of Fort Wayne; son, Juan Neri of Mexico; and granddaughter, Adreanna Morales. Mass of Christian Burial is noon, Wednesday, June 21, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2213 Brooklyn Ave, Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior, Fr. Kevin Bauman presiding. Funeral Service is 7:00 PM, Tuesday, June 20 at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Mungovan, 2114 S. Calhoun Street, Fort Wayne with visitation from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
