Johna Sue Lohman

Johna Sue Lohman, 83, of Fort Wayne passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021. She was born on January 26, 1938 in Lawrence, Kansas, a daughter of the late John Paul and Vera Gertrude (Gereke) Aderholdt. She proudly worked as a registered nurse for more than 30 years working at both Lutheran and Parkview Hospital and later with Dr. W.D. Pepple. She is survived by her children, John (Torri) Lohman, Janet Potts, James (Anne) Lohman, Jill (Chris) Stewart; grandchildren, Ashley Potts, Austin Potts, Collin (Emily) Stewart, Connor Stewart, Elizabeth Lohman, Robert Lohman, and Olivia Lohman; sister, Lana Jeane (John) Leftwich; and niece, Paula (Ronald) Waller. Besides her parents, she was preceded in passing by her husband, Robert William “Bob” Lohman. Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 23, 2021 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Eleos Hospice Care.
