Harry E. McLain

Harry E. McLain, 95, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Visiting Nurse in Fort Wayne. Born in Louisville, KY, Harry worked as an engineer with Magnavox for many years, until his retirements. He was a member of Waynedale Church of Christ and served honorably in the United States Army. Harry loved to tinker and fix anything around the house. He had a big heart and enjoyed making others smile. He will be greatly missed. Surviving are several nieces and nephews of FL; daughter in Christ, Joy Bean of Van Buren, IN; and grandchildren in Christ, Tiffany Dack of Bluffton, IN, Joshua Belcher of Fort Wayne, SaVannah (Israel) Robinson of Fort Wayne, and Christian Bean of Van Buren. Harry was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Verna L. McLain; father, Harry McLain; mother, Marry McLain; adopted father, John Sikokes; adopted mother, Mamie Sikokes; and son, Alan McLain. Service is 1:00 pm, Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue with calling two hours prior. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
