Elizabeth Ann English (Becher), was born on July 17th, 1961 to Patricia and Robert Becher in Fort Wayne, IN. Affectionately called BethAnn, she shared memories of growing up on a farm in Ossian, IN, as the daughter of a butcher. Later moving to Norman, OK, she graduated from Norman Senior High School in 1979. She spent her life caring for others, professionally as a Licensed Practical Nurse, and personally as a mother, daughter, sister and friend. Later in life, she spent time exploring her love of painting. She found beauty in the world around her and expressed her love through her artwork. She will be remembered fondly for her sense of humor, creativity and compassion. Through her example she taught those around her that family is everything.
Elizabeth died on, Thursday, July 25th, 2024 surrounded by family in Fort Wayne, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Patricia Rose Peterson (Runion) and Robert Jerome Becher, and brothers, Robert Becher and Matthew Becher. She is survived by her children, Buck Crone, Andrew Kane (Starr), Katie Nguyen (Peter), grandchildren, Lucian Kane, Jackson Kane, River Kane, Luna Nguyen, Caleb Nguyen, siblings, Patrick Becher (Jan), David Becher (Kathy), and Karen Becher.
