Dan Hoffman, 72, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, September 4, 2015. He was born on February 27, 1943 in Findlay, Ohio to the late Clair and Miriam (Miller) Hoffman. He was the owner and operator of Hoffman Construction for over 40 years. Surviving family include his wife, Jean Hoffman; daughters, Dr. Theresa (Diane) Hoffman, Tonya (Steve) Erxleben; grandchildren, Trevor and Kelli; and brother, Roger (Jan) Hoffman. Besides his parents, he was preceded in passing by his brother, Larry Hoffman. A private family service will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to Hope for Animals, Fort Wayne or Paws for a Cause, Fort Wayne. Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, Fort Wayne is handling arrangements.
