Bruce Marlin Johnson

Bruce Marlin Johnson, 80, passed away March 7, 2023, at Majestic Care of West Allen, in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born July 23, 1942, in Fort Wayne, IN., the son of Marlin D. and Ruth Johnson. Bruce graduated from Central High School in 1960. He was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Many times he traveled with organizations affiliated with his church on mission trips to build homes on Indian reservations for low income families. Bruce proudly served in the Army National Guard in Fort Wayne Bruce was an Abstractor with Three Rivers Title Company for several years, and previously worked at First Land Title. He enjoyed reading, woodworking, and gardening. , Bruce is survived by his children, Mark (Tonya) Johnson of Fort Wayne, IN; Kim (Mark) Simmons of Apollo Beach, FL; sister Carol Peyton of Greenfield, IN; He has 6 grandchildren; Skyler Johnson of Kendallville, IN; Felicia Foltz of Florida; Mackenzie Foltz of Florida; Mitchell Foltz of Florida; Nathanael (Arianna) Johnson of Lake Wales, FL; Brock Johnson (Kaycee) of Berea, KY; 3 great grandchildren and several beloved, nieces and nephews He was preceded in death his parents Marlin(Ruth)(Argivie) Johnson and sister, Donna McIntyre, and his daughter, Michele Johnson. Memorial service will be 4pm. Sunday March 12, 2023, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church 2417 Getz Road Fort Wayne, IN with visitation one hour prior. Memorials may be made to the church.
