Betty J. Coney, 83, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2023. Born on May 16, 1940, in LeRoy, West Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Brady O. and Flora M. (Wheaton) Allman. She is survived by her children, Scott Allman, George Wright, Tammy Richey, and Flora Richey. She was also preceded in death by her sons, Rusty Bennett, Dusty Bennett, and David Richey. Arrangements have been entrusted to D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne.
