Barbara A. Harber

Barbara A. Harber, 86 passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Greystone Health and Rehabilitation in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born July 10, 1934 in Fort Wayne, IN, to the late Paul and Esther Lauer. Barbara was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Barbara is survived by her children, Gerald Harber Jr. of TN, Kenneth (Sandy) Harber of Churubusco, IN, Richard “Rick” (Laura) Harber of Fort Wayne, IN, Joyce (John Hogan) Urban of Fort Wayne, IN; sister, Joann Lien of Fort Wayne IN; seven grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Gerald E. Harber Sr.; and a brother, Stephan Lauer. Mass of Christian Resurrection will be Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 11am at St.Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (1502 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne), with calling one hour prior. Calling also 4-7pm at Hockemeyer Miller Funeral Home (6131 St. Joe Road Fort Wayne), with a vigil service at 6:30 pm. Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
