 Obituario de Arlon John Bauman
Arlon John Bauman, 86, passed away peacefully at home, on January 22, 2024. He was born February 2, 1937, in Leo, IN. The son of Burlen and Rose E. Bauman, he graduated from Leo High School in 1955 and served in the United States Army Reserves. Arlon retired in 1986, as a Machinist from International Harvester after 30 years of service. He was a member of Grabill Missionary Church. He enjoyed working on the family farm, but most of all, spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Janice (Delagrange) Bauman of Leo, IN; son, Bradley J. Bauman, daughter, Jodi M. (Bauman) Bates; grandchildren, Carston, Ashley, Chase and Ava; sisters Anna Louise (Bob) Slentz of Butler, IN; Marjorie Baulkey of Leo, IN; Norene (Norm) Kinsey of Spencerville, IN, and a brother, William (Judy) Bauman of Spencerville, IN. Arlon was preceded in death by his son, Gregory J. Bauman and daughter-in-law Charlene Bauman. Funeral service will be 12:00 pm Friday January 26, 2024, at Grabill Missionary Church 13637 State Street Grabill, IN, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also Thursday January 25, 2024 from 3-8 pm at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home 1320 E. Dupont Road Fort Wayne, IN. Burial at Leo Cemetery.
