Stan was retired from Consolidated Freightways, and he enjoyed attending auctions, and he enjoyed hunting.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marcell and Lorene Orr; his brothers, Harold (Dizzy) Orr, and Jeffery Orr; and his sister, Rose Cowan.
He is survived by his wife, Sue; two sons: Ken Orr of Tulsa, OK, and Keith (Tara) Orr of Ozark, AR; daughter-in-law, Gena Orr of Tulsa; brother, Richard (Margie) Orr of St. Charles, MO; sisters: Janette (Jerry) Murray, of Midland, Judy (Jimmy) Thompson of Midland, Lucille Collins of Cole Camp, MO, and Chereyl (Refus) Caldwell of Guy, AR; grandchildren: Chris Orr, (Matthew Shaw), Jamie (Jake) Henke, Alyson Riggins, Denton (Crystal) Orr; great-grandchildren: Ryder Hinton, Beckett See, Kori Orr, Ashlyn Orr, Remington Orr, Brazen Orr, Matthew Orr-Shaw, Willow See.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 19, 2023, from 2 – 5 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Monday, March 20, 2023 at Midland Assembly of God Church with burial at Mt. Olive Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be, Chris and Denton Orr, Jake Henke, Michael Thompson, Raymond Sharp, and Jerry Sharp.
Honorary Pallbearers will be, Jim Moore, Rick Stanfill, Danny Miller, Bill Stennett, James Hall, Frankie Brown, Bill Laster, and Paul Sharp.
