William T. Johnson, 85 of Paris, formerly of Van Buren passed away Sunday, May 27, 2018 in Paris. He was born January 28, 1933 in Lavaca, to the late Othal and Beulah Johnson. He was a Christian and a member of the Eagles Club. Music was his passion; he loved to play the guitar and play music with his family. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Cynthia Johnson.
Graveside memorial service will be 10:00 AM Friday, June 8, 2018 at Island Cemetery in Lavaca. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary.
He is survived by two daughters; Rhonda Smith and her husband Jasper of Ft. Smith, Julie Mills and her husband Robert of Parks, four sons; Roger Johnson and his wife Cindy of Bonanza, David Johnson and his wife Sue of Hackett, Darren Johnson and his wife Sandy of Gore, OK and Wendell Johnson of Sallisaw, OK. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
