Thomas Richard Phillips, 74, of Fort Smith Arkansas passed from this life February 5,2024. He was born March 10 1949, to Cleston and Patsy Phillips in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, Cleston & Patsy Phillips, brothers John Phillips and Bob Phillips, and sister Lee Landers.
Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife, Waltraud Phillips, sisters, Debi Chitwood and Sandi Radcliff, and brother Chuck (Almethea) Phillips and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rosary will be said on Thursday February 22, 2024 at 2:00pm at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel.
Memorial Mass will be held on Friday February 23, 2024 at 10:00am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with inurnment at IC Columbarium to follow.
