Peggy Geraldine Calicott

Peggy Geraldine Ernst Calicott, 85, of Fort Smith, died July 3, 2010 in Fort Smith. She was retired Office Manager and Auditor for Baird, Kurtz, & Dobson Accounting Firm, a member of First Lutheran Church and a Veteran of the U.S. Navy.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years Coy Calicott of the Home; one son, Mickey and his wife Joyce Calicott of Fort Smith; nephew, Gary and wife Kaye O’Hearn of Olive Branch, MS; Brother in law, Virgil E. Calicott of Fort Worth, TX., Travis Calicott and wife Veda of Bluffton, TX; sister in laws Lucy Carlile and husband James of Leon, OK and Peggy Calicott of Boyd, TX; three grandchildren, Michele & husband John Christman of Conway, John & wife Charla Caliott and Joseph Calicott of Fort Smith; great grandchildren, Micah Christman, Rachel and Ben Calicott.

Funeral service will be Thursday, July 8, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the First Lutheran Church with burial to follow in the U.S. National Cemetery all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be John and Joseph Calicott, John Christman, Don Heard, Randy Coleman, and Cleve McDonald.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Marilyn Barr and Betty Scarborough

The family will greet friends at Edwards Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 5-7 PM
