James "Jim" O. Miller

James O. (Jim) Miller, 81, of Fort Smith died February 14, 2012 in Fort Smith , AR. He was born June 28, 1930 in Clark County, Mississippi. He was member of East Side Baptist Church. He retired in 1996 from ABF Freight System.

Funeral will be 10:00 AM Saturday, February 18, 2012, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Fort Smith. Arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral.

He is preceded in death by wife, Helen. He is survived by two daughters, Jackie Miller of Fort Smith , and Carole Osborne of AuSable Forks, N.Y.; two sons, Rick Miller of Galesburg , Ill , and Jim Miller of Hot Springs , AR.; two sisters, Tempie Patterson of Port Neches, Tx. and Grace Ward of Quitman, Ms.; Nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren and two more on the way.

Pallbearers will be Rick Miller, Jim Miller, AJ Osborne, Jeffrey Rice, Mike Alsup, Jerry Wood, Ramon Elkins and Andy Blades.

The family will visit with friends Friday from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at the funeral home.
