Helen Grace Gaddis

Helen Grace Gaddis, 93, of Fort Smith, died August 23, 2010 in Fort Smith. She was the retired Co-Owner of Gaddis Furniture, a member of First Baptist Church where she served in the Nursery for 23 years and she was also a member of the Carl Smith Sunday School Class. She was faithful member of the Wednesday Morning Women’s Prayer Group of First Baptist Church for over 40 years, and also a member of the Golden Eagle Camping Group.

She is survived by one daughter, Carol Gaddis Jenkins of Little Rock; one son, Steve and his wife Johna Gaddis of Fort Smith; four grandchildren, Isaac Jenkins, Jennifer Jenkins Butt, Laina Gaddis and Sam Gaddis; and five great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Saturday, August 28, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the First Baptist Church will burial at 2:00 PM in the New Hope Cemetery in Dardanelle, AR all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Ed Nunley, Hugh Coulbourn, Dale Spicer, Bill George, Steve Holmes, and Mont Sagely.

The family will greet friends at Edwards Funeral Home on Friday evening from 5-7 PM.
