Chuck Lively, 43 of Ft. Smith passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017. He was born July 25, 1973 in Long Beach, CA to Charles and Gay Lively. He was a member of the Remy Lodge #487 in Mulberry and worked at Saint-Gobain Proppants for 17 years as a machine operator.
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Friday, May 26, 2017 at Fentress Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow at Oak Cemetery.
Chuck is survived by his wife Sunni of the home, his daughter Christina Bowen of Hawaii, and two sons; Killian James Lively and Hayden Pierce Lively both of Ft. Smith, his mother Gay Morris of Ft. Smith, and his father and step-mother Charles and Cathy Lively of Ft. Smith.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Thursday, May 25, 2017 at the funeral home.
