Cassie Leigh Golonin Cotta, 24, was found January 3, 2012, having passed away December 30, 2011. She had received her General Educational Development Degree, she was a Certified Nursing Assistant, and she also worked at Perry’s Place as a bartender.
The following phrase was taken from Cassie’s Facebook bio: “I wanna live fast, die young, and leave a beautiful corpse.
The following was taken from Cassie’s Facebook Quotes: “As we grow old, we learn that even the one person who wasn't supposed to ever let us down, probably will. You will have your heart broken more than once, and it's harder everytime. You'll break hearts, too, so remember what it felt like when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love for the things an old one did. You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and eventually, you'll lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt, because every sixty seconds you spend being upset is one minute that you'll never get back.”
My beautiful daughter, Cassie bug, went home to be with the Lord onTuesday January 3, 2012. She was an amazing young woman full of life, never knew a stranger, always willing to open her heart and door for anyone who may be in need. She was independent, outspoken, in your face brutally honest, if you were lucky enough to have met her, you would either really love her or really hate her, there was no in between, so whatever you decided was fine with her.
She is survived by her mother, Pearl Cook and her husband Tim of Van Buren; her father, Robin Ragan and his wife Carmen of Coffeyville, KS; five sisters, Rachael Cook, Tiffany Overby, Kayanna, Alexis, Alyssa Ragan; 2 brothers, Nick Cook and Derek Ragan; her aunts, Mary Phillips, Linda Bocardo, Nina Caruso, Janie Bridges, Diana Valdez, Carmen Maleck, and Lee Knoetgn; her uncles, Joe Golonin, Charlie Phillips, Leo Caruso, Christopher Valdes, Tim Knoetgn, Phillip Bridges, Michael Bridges, and Delbert Bridges Jr.; her nephews, Kaidyn and Xander; and several cousins.
