She was born September 17, 1952 in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Travis and Beatrice Jones. Barbara was a woman full of love; she was generous, giving, and had a fondness for children.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Travis and Beatrice Niccum Jones; and two brothers, Larry and Timmy Jones.
Left behind to cherish her memories are her children; Mark Bateman and wife Natalie, and Angela Griffith and husband Tee; grandchildren, Luke and Sophia Bateman, Joshua Crawford and wife Claire, Parker and Micah Griffith, and Zoie, Zain, Maddox, Annalee Crawford; one great-grandchild Maize Crawford; and brother Gary Jones.
A funeral service to honor Barbara’s life will be held Monday, December 9th, at 11:00am at Crossroads Community Church, 32529 AR 295, Hindsville, AR 72738. After the service, Barbara will be laid to rest at Langley-Bell Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
