Barbara Jo Etchieson

She was born April 4, 1944 in Wetumka, Oklahoma to Floyd Clayton Daniel and Gaynell (Anglin) Daniel.

She retired from Texas Oil & Gas, where she spent many years as a legal secretary. Barb enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, and cooking her husband’s favorite meals, which included her famous potato salad and cornbread dressing.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Cleveland (Jeep) Etchieson; daughters Kelley Etchieson, Tracey Powell (Scott), and Tina Ward (Mike); grandchildren Tyler Powell, Blake Powell, Taylor Ward and Micah Ward. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Carla Jean (Daniel) Grider.

Barb requested there be no service as she never wanted to “make a fuss”.
