Oliver Earl Engel

Surround by his loving family, Oliver passed away peacefully in Regina on Thursday. After a short, but courageous battle with cancer, he is now with his precious Lord and Saviour. A Celebration of his Life will be held at Valley Alliance Church, Fort Qu’Appelle on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Dawson Brooks officiating. Audio/video link to this service will be available in the tent located next to the church. Immediately following the service, a reception for family and friends will be held at the church and in the tent area. A family interment service will be held at the Lipton Memorial Gardens. Oliver is survived by his beloved wife Gladys (nee Fenton) and his children Doug & Donna, Rick & Kim, Carol & Greg, Roxanne & Stuart and Shane & Eugênia; his 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; his sister Shirley (Ralph) Rau and his brother Dale (Linda) Engel, his sister-in-law Maxine (Adam) Martin, as well as several nieces and nephews, and Brandon Walker, one of many foster children blessed to call him Dad.
