Madeline (Mandy) Rose Krofchek

Born in Grayson, Saskatchewan Mandy was the third daughter born to John Ruhr and Gertrude Stephan. After her father’s death her mother married Sam Streisel. Three brothers and two sisters completed her family. Mandy married Joseph Krofchek August 24, 1946. They had four children.

Predeceased by her parents John and Gertrude, her husband Joe, and siblings Johanna, Mary, George, John, Ed, Marge and daughter-in-law Daphne Krofchek. Survived by her sister Caroline, daughter Jeanette (Arnold Spanier), son Richard, son Murray and daughter Holly (Sean Kelly).

Grandchildren Craig Spanier (Lora), Keith Spanier (Jackie), Sayward Kohlenberg (Robert), Cassie Hein (Bradley), Tessa Krofchek (Dustin Almasi), Ryan Kelly (Savannah Leishman), Cameron Kelly, Shannon Olmstead (Ryan), Brenna Kelly (Jeremy Clarkson),and Keri Kelly

Great Grandchildren Madison and Rianna Spanier, Alicia and Rory Spanier, Bree and Alex Kohlenberg, Averick and Prudence Hien.

The funeral mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of Sorrows R.C. Church, Fort Qu'Appelle on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. by the Rev. Rick Krofchek.

Interment will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Dysart.
