William E Braun

William was born in St. Louis, MO and has been a resident of Fort Pierce for 45 years coming from Farmington, MO.

William served in the US Navy during WWII.

Prior to retirement William worked for Harbor Federal Bank in Fort Pierce, FL for 17 years.

William was a graduate of Westminster College in Fulton, Mo and he received his MBA from FTU in Melbourne, FL. He was also a graduate of the School of Savings & Loans at Indiana University, Bloomington, IN. William was a member of the St. Lucie Community Theater. He was the former Boy Scout District Chairman. He was an active volunteer at First Methodist Church in Fort Pierce, FL and the Fort Pierce Community Cultural Affairs.

He is survived by his daughter Linda B. Heath of Vero Beach, FL, sons William E. Braun, Jr. of Port St. Lucie, FL and Robert F. Braun of Port St. Lucie, FL, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

There will be a funeral service on Friday February 21, 2014 at 1:00pm at Aycock Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, FL, with an inurnment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce, FL.
