Sarah “Sally” McAulay was born on July 4, 1934, to Edward and Elizabeth Fraser in Paisley, Scotland and passed away, surrounded by her loving family in Fort Pierce, on December 22, 2022. Sarah immigrated to Long Island, New York, in the early 1950’s to become an Au Pair to the Fogner family and their four children.
In 1956, Sarah met John “Jack” McAulay in Minneola, New York, doing what they loved, dancing. That following year they were married on June 29th. Sarah and Jack went on to have four children, Kathleen, Jacqueline, Donald, and John.
Sarah was a homemaker and caretaker to all. She devoted her life to caring for her husband, children, and grandchildren. In addition, she enjoyed supporting her community through her time and donations to charities. In addition to spending time with her family, Sarah enjoyed dancing, music, and a cozy evening at home.
Sally was predeceased by parent, one of each of her brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, brother and sister, and the countless friends and lives Sarah has touched throughout her life.

An inurnment (placement of the urn) for Sarah will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 6026 North Us Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946. A reception will follow from 11:15 AM to 2:00 PM at Aycock Funeral Home, 6026 North US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946.
