Roderick was born in West Palm Beach, FL a son of Samuel and Rosanne McPhee Rolle formerly of Fort Devens, MA, he has lived on the Treasure Coast for 30 years.
As a U. S. Army Veteran, he served his country faithfully for 23 years from 1974X – 1997. After retiring from the Army, he moved to Ft. Pierce where he worked for the St. Lucie County Parks and Recreation Department for 15 years. Roderick was a member of St. Simon Episcopal the Cyrenian Church where he served as a member of the Vestery, the Men’s Ministry and the Usher board. He enjoyed many good times with great friends, young and old, at the American Legion where he was a Lifetime Member. He enjoyed fishing and listening to music.
Survivors include; his daughters , Majorie Rolle Rahming of Port St. Lucie, FL; Barbara (Kenneth) Vickers of Palmyra, VA; Virla C. Rolle of Seattle, WA; sons Roderick F. Rolle and Condane (Tiffany) Rolle of Port St. Lucie, FL; brothers Rufus Rolle of Fort Pierce; and Bobby Sanders of Riviera Beach; sister Virla Barry of North Miami; grandchildren Andre Leath of Port St. Lucie, Dwayne Rahming Jr. of Tampa; Ramon Santiago of Port St. Lucie; Marcus Armstrong of Ft. Bragg, NC; Darryl Vickers of Palmyra, VA; Ashlee White, Brittanee Rolle, David Rolle all of Covington GA, Kyle Rolle of Ft. Lauderdale; Roderick F. Rolle of Port St. Lucie, great grandchildren DeAndre Leath of Port St. Lucie, and Diamond White of Covington GA. He is also survived by Hedwig Rolle and Angela Rolle and many loving nieces and nephews.
There to meet him in heaven are his son, Carlton Wilkinson; sisters Marjorie Rolle, Yvonne Bradley, and Laura Motes; brother Samuel Rolle; granddaughters Janee Rahming, Natilee Rolle, and great-grandson Darius White, Jr.

Services: Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, 2012 at Aycock Funeral Home Ft. Pierce. Funeral Services will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Ft. Pierce. Interment and Military Honors will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Ft. Pierce.
