Thursday after a short illness.
Bob was born in Rochester, New York. Raised in Syracuse, New York where he graduated from Onondaga Valley High. After graduation, Bob proudly served his country in the US Army then returned home to attend Syracuse University playing football for the Orange. After graduating in three years, he started work as a Certified Public Accountant, which he did for the remainder of his working days. Bob was known as a hard
worker and an intense player.
He enjoyed his family and spent summers with them at their cottage in the Thousand Islands. His grandchildren were the joy of his life. He also enjoyed time with his friends during his weekly golf games at the Calvary Club and tennis outings (with a more than occasional card game in between).
Bob was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Bessie Hall and two brothers, Bill and Don. Bob is survived by his wife of 63 years Connie Hall, his three children Rob (Lisa), Jim (Desiree), and Laurie (Greg Owens) and his grandchildren, Rachel, Max, Lizzie, Hannah, Lexi and Reilly, along with his brother Dave (Carolyn) and sister, Pat Dillon.
There will be a private family celebration of life in Vero Beach and burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Ft. Pierce. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Stroke Association https://www.stroke.org/en/
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.aycock-hillcrest.com for the Hall family.
