Juanita Mullins born February 19, 1934 passed away December 3, 2020 at 86 years old. Juanita is predeceased by husband Cecil Mullins, and sons J.R., and Paul Mullins. She is survived by her children Lisa Boatright, Polly Schneider, Billy Jerry Mullins and Mark Mullins as well as eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
