Carlos was born in Evansville, Indiana. He had been a resident of Vero Beach for the past 55 years coming from Evansville, Indiana.
Prior to retirement he worked twenty-two years as an Indian River Sheriff Deputy.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jeanie Robb, his son, Tony Robb, one sister, Linda Robb and one brother, Curtis Robb.
Survivors include his parents, Kenneth and Marcella Robb; three sons, David Robb; Michael and his husband Brian Robb; Andrew Robb; one sister, Paula Robb; eight grandchildren, Samantha, Tony, Tim, Dustin, Christopher, Chris, David Jr., Malaika “Essie”; two great grandchildren, Dominic and Nova.
A Gathering will be held from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Aycock Funeral Home, 6026 North US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm, Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Aycock Funeral Home, 6026 North US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946. Inurnment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Garden in Ft. Pierce, FL.
