Migdalia Johnson

Migdalia "Miggie" Morrell (Dominguez) Johnson, age 72; At approximately 1:56 pm December 28th 2017, Migdalia was taken from this world in a fatal car accident. Her passing was announced on the scene and presumed a painless and quick departure. Migdalia was born in San Juan July 22, 1945 and lived there throughout most of her childhood. Migdalia had an unparalleled benevolence that carried her into a practice with Pre-Kindergarten. From there she furthered her education and graduated with a Bachelors in Education from Nova Southeastern University. Migdalia's extremely compassionate and good nurturing values continued her devout labor of love towards education for over 20 years. Migdalia was a beloved sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother to a wonderful family. She enjoyed shedding light onto and caring for all the people in her life, as well as traveling, the culture of her home, and the occasional cup of mint chocolate chip ice cream. She is survived by her three children: Valerie, Patrick, and Kenneth Johnson; her grandchildren: Paul Andrade, Christine Andrade, Alyssa Dillard, Miranda Johnson, Aaron Johnson, Ethan Johnson, Carissa Johnson, and Alex Johnson; her great-grandchildren: Cecelia Cortes, Sofia Allaham, and Ryden Dillard. The Family would like to express their appreciation to everyone who has been a part of Migdalia's life and extend invitation to her service at 2:00 pm on Sunday, January 7th 2018 at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park, 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, FL 33913.
