Maria Cruz Mata, age 66, of Immokalee, Florida passed away Monday, September 2, 2024 at Naples Community Hospital. Maria was a 30 year member of Bethel Assembly of God Church in Immokalee, FL.
She is survived by her husband, Abel Mata; her mother Maria Concepcion Chavez; children: Paloma Mata, Jose A. Mata and Abel Mata Jr.; grandchildren: Eunice Mata, Gabriela Mata, Jade E. Mata, Abel Mata III, Jakob A Mata, Lionel Oliver Mata and Christian Romeo Mata; siblings: Rufina Arroyo, Teresa Arroyo and Jesus Arroyo; and her niece, Carmen Dimas.
Visitation will be held Sunday September 8th at Bethel Assembly of God Church 1225 W. Main Street in Immokalee from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be held Monday September 9th at 10 am at Bethel Assembly of God Church. Interment will follow at Lee Memorial Park Cemetery 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, FL.
