Earl was predeceased by his parents, R. D. & Jessie Mae Cochran: his siblings, Harold Cochran, Mary Jones, Richard Cochran; and his niece Whitney Geer.
Earl is survived by his siblings, Barbara Francis, Robert Cochran, Dorothy Umholtz, and Diann Hetrick.
Earl had a strong work ethic and devoted 20 years of service to Futral's Feed Store. Earl enjoyed camping and fishing in his spare time. He was a passionate Crimson Tide fan, and he also liked the Tampa Bay Rays. Roll Tide!
A memorial service for James will be held Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at 1:00 PM with a visitation happening prior from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park, 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, FL 33913.
