Edward L. Hunt, Jr. age 54, of Lehigh Acres, FL passed away on September 15, 2014. He retired from the Florida Department of Corrections. He is predeceased by his parents Edward L. Hunt and Irene Scollan Hunt. Edward is survived by his wife, Yvonne L. Hunt; children, Danielle Hunt, Edward Hunt III, and Neomi Rodriguez; grandchild, Jenna Grimaldo; siblings, Peter Hunt, Matthew Hunt, and Nora (Brett) Newman as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. A visitation will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park, 12777 State Rd 82, Ft. Myers, FL 33913 on Friday, September 19, 2014 from Noon till 1PM. The funeral service will follow as well as burial at Lee Memorial Park Cemetery. Services will conclude with a reception at the funeral home. 239-334-4880.
