Thomas Adrian Johnson, 93 of Hollywood, Florida entered into rest on Thursday, October 20, 2016. A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2016 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South in Davie, Florida. Thomas will truly be missed.
