Matthew Leonard, age 29 of Chicago, passed away on September 13, 2017. At the time of his passing he was in the hearts and minds of those he loved the most.
Matthew is survived by his parents, Lowell and Nancy Leonard; his brothers and sister-in-law, Alex and Lizzie Leonard, Ben Leonard, and Nathan Leonard; his sisters, Lauren Leonard and Natalie Leonard; his uncles, Paul Leonard, Tom Rybak and Dr. Leonard Rybak.
Matthew's family will honor and celebrate his life in a private gathering.
