Esmie Mundy

Visitation will be 10:00 – 10:50 on February 25th at Bethel Gospel Chapel,1444 NW 15th Ave. Ft. Lauderdale 33311

Funeral services will be held immediately after viewing starting at 11:00 on February 25th, with Elder John Harvey, officiating.

Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 2401 Davie Road, Davie Florida 33317

Arrangements are by Forest Lawn Funeral Home.

Esmie Veronica Mundy was born in Sawyers, Trelawny to Sydney O. White and Gwendolyn Gibbs on September 8th, 1937. She went to school at Sawyers Elementary.

She married Perrin Albertson Mundy on December 21st, 1963 at the Assembly Hall in Kingston Jamaica.

She worked as a Dental Assistant in numerous Kingston and St. Andrew clinics until she emigrated to the United States.

Esmie is preceded in death by her father Sydney White, her mother Gwendolyn Gibbs, and her brothers Carlton, Herbert, Winston and Marco White.

Esmie is survived by her husband Perrin: daughter Nathalie and Charles (son-in-law) and son Perrin Jr. and Eunice (daughter-in-law): Brothers - Sydney, Reinaldo, Michael. Sisters - Marcia, Venancia and Linda. Grandchildren – Christopher, Johnathan, and Angelica.

Pallbearers will be: Charles Reid, Christopher Reid, Johnathan Reid,

Mark Mundy, Gawain Mundy, Donahue Mundy.
