He grew up in Argentina, where he met and married Elena Minervini on March 5, 1977. He immigrated to Morristown, New Jersey in 1978 with his wife and son and eventually moved to Dover, New Jersey. He had a career in the pharmaceutical industry and worked for Pfizer in Morris Plains, NJ as a Lab Technician until his retirement in 2008.
Domingo had a passion for playing and watching soccer, winemaking, and he enjoyed outdoor barbecues with family and friends. He was known for his generous and kind heart, and for helping many friends and family members during times of need, particularly with migrating to New Jersey from Argentina.
He is survived by his wife Elena, his son Gaston, daughter-in-law Katherine and his granddaughter Katelyn, his daughter Jessica and son-in-law Kevin, his loving sister Rosaria and niece Liliana, who helped care for him, his brothers Nicola, Pedro, and Juan Carlos, and many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 13 from 5 – 8 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 14 from 9:30 - 10:30 AM at All Saints Catholic Church in Sunrise. Committal Service to follow after Mass at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
