Debbie Ann Green, RN, 66, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2024. She was a loving daughter to Winston Green and the late Hattie Atkinson; beloved mother to Brandon Green, and Tiffany (Asha Mosi) Green; cherished grandmother to Colbe Green, Dakota Green, and Napolean Thompson; and grand Dog Lincoln.
Debbie was born in Jackson, Mississippi on April 24, 1958. She attended and graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, she also earned her Nursing degree from Malcolm X College and went on to work as a registered nurse for 44 years.
Debbie enjoyed going to concerts, traveling, playing bingo, shopping, taking care of her grandchildren, and indulging in intellectual conversations. She will be best remembered for all things fashion, Chanel Perfume, and photos of her grandchildren.
Memorial visitation will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 11am to the start of service at 12pm.
