Phyllis Taub, age 89, of Forest Hills, New York passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024.
A funeral service for Phyllis will be held Thursday, December 12, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Schwartz Brothers-Jeffer Memorial Chapels, 114-03 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Woodlawn Cemetery, 3800 Jerome Ave, New York, NY 10467.
