Minnie was born in Romania and during World War II, she moved to Austria, where she lived until she came to United States in 1952. She was a loving mother of her daughters Christine Rastetter, Susan Wolter, and her son-in-law Harold Rastetter. She adored her six grandchildren, their spouses, and her six great-grandchildren.
A visitation for Minnie will be held Sunday, December 22, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358. A religious ceremony will occur Monday, December 23, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 215-35 38th Ave, Bayside, NY 11361.
The family is asking that in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital and the Pompe Warrior Foundation.
