O'Connell, Jeremiah (Jerry) Native of Glenlon, Ardnacrusha Co. Clare Ireland and longtime resident of Woodside, New York, has passed away on December 13th 2013 at age 80.
Jeremiah is survived by his loving wife Kathleen, his son Jeremiah Jr, his daughters Maureen and Kathy (John) Rock, his sister Joan O'Sullivan, grandchildren Kevin, Caitlin, Brittany McGann, Marybeth O'Connell, Sean, Erin, Tara-Ann Rock, niece Catherine and nephews Sean and Eoin.
Visiting Hours will be held on Sunday December 15th at Frederick Funeral Home in Flushing NY from 2-5pm and 7-9pm
A Funeral mass will be held at St. Sebastian Church in Woodside at 10 am on Monday December 16th. Internment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
