Jerry was born on January 20, 1941, in Flint, Michigan to the late John and Clara (Satkoviak) Young. Jerry and his wife Janeen spent twenty-seven beautiful years together. He loved tending to his flowers and plants. Everyday, Jerry could be found at the YMCA where he enjoyed his daily workout. Jerry was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Jerry leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Janeen; children: John (Brenda) Young, Lauren Perrigan and Lucas Young; grandchildren: Derek, Adrianna and Liam Perrigan; sister Judy (Robin) Currie; and mother to children Lauren and Lucas, Patricia Young.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, sister Joni Clopp, brother T.J. Young, brother-in-law Bob Clopp and mother of his son John, Sandy.
The Young Family will welcome guests and family to a memorial visitation for Jerry on Saturday, November 9, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Reigle Funeral Home - 5501 W. Pierson Road, Flushing, Michigan.
