Minnie F. Johnson

Minnie was born on November 2, 1932 in Harrah, Oklahoma to the late Frank P. and Inez Hale Frye.

She was a member of the Elm Grove Baptist Church, the Pleasanton First Baptist Church, and the Kickapoo Indian Tribe.

She is preceded in death by son, Carl William Johnson; brother, Woppie; and sister, Mamie.

Pallbearers: Robert and Lisa Johnson, Mike Wilson, Bryan Wilson, and Julie and Lance Gasch.

Minnie is survived by her husband, Robert C. Johnson Jr. of Kerrville, TX; daughter, Velma and husband Mike Wilson of Kerrville, TX; son, Robert W. and wife Lisa Johnson of Emerald Isle, NC; five grandchildren: Julie, Bryan, Whitney, Ashly and Jena; and 6 great grandchildren: Emery, Aubrey, Olivia, Brayden, Braddock, and Addison.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Service will be held Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 10:30 am at the Elm Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Hoyt Hunnicutt officiating. Burial will follow in the Elm Grove Cemetery.
