Paul Edward Ratliff

Born on February 13, 1963 at Oak Hill, he was the son of the late George and Sarah Okadane Wimmer Ratliff.

Paul enjoyed tinkering and working on odds and ends. He always had a project going.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Ratliff; uncle, Johnny Ratliff; sister, Brenda Gail; uncle, Johnny Wimmer; aunts, Dela Arrington, Karen Veltoveen, Mary E. Ratliff and Thelma Ratliff.

Survivors include his brother, Mike (Pauline) Ratliff; sister, Katie (Michael) Poore; sister, Sheila (Charles) Dickerson; three step-children, Bobby Conley and his family, Lynn Beverage, and Tracy Wickline;

step-brother, Tim Bragg; cousins, Robert Ratliff and Rick Arrington; aunt, Freda Abrams and husband Joe; uncle, Tom Wimmer and wife, Vickie; nieces Autumn and Melissa; and 2 grand nieces.

Graveside services will be at 12:30 on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Odd Fellow Cemetery, Wood Avenue, Oak Hill, with Jackie Pittman officiating.

Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed as mandated by the Governor of the State of WV.
