A funeral service for Thanh will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042.
